Following their successful exhibition at last month’s BCA Conference in London, ip-Xchange has awarded an Apple iPad to two lucky winners – Emma Long from Bizspace and Orega’s Jean Eustace.
At the BCA Conference & Exhibition in May, ip-Xchange showcased its new web based portal MOJO, and ran an iPad prize draw competition for delegates. The Exhibition was also an opportunity for ip-Xchange to announce the launch of its new website and demonstrate its range of client management services, specifically tailored for the flexible workspace industry.
Following the Exhibition, ip-Xchange has selected two lucky winners at random – revealed as Emma Long, Sales and Marketing Director at Bizspace and Jean Eustace, Centre Manager at Orega.
Managing Director of ip-Xchange Kevin Winstanley delivered the tablet PCs in person to the winners. “It was a pleasure to meet with Emma and Jean again after the Conference and to deliver their new iPads,” he said. “Bizspace and Orega are two leading operators within the business centre industry so it was great to have the chance to visit their centres. Jean was also kind enough to give me a tour of her Orega business centre – a truly impressive location in The City.”
Orega manages a portfolio of high quality serviced office space in key cities across the UK and has recently expanded its presence in London and Manchester. Jean manages Orega’s Moorgate business centre, one of their newest locations, having launched in October last year. During the presentation, Kevin toured all 17,400 sq ft of serviced office space and meeting families provided within the centre, which is located at 101 Finsbury Pavement.
ip-Xchange’s second iPad winner, Emma Long, met with Kevin following a meeting with Tom Ball of NearDesk. Bizspace is one of the UK’s largest and most diverse flexible workspace suppliers, and manages over 110 locations across the country with a range of space including serviced offices, storage units, workshops and light industrial space.

At the conference, ip-Xchange launched its new-look website – www.ip-Xchange.com. The site leads with the message “Our Business Centres Around You” which demonstrates its dedicated approach towards the business centre industry.
As part of the website launch ip-Xchange announced details of MOJO, its new client and management web-based portal. MOJO is specifically tailored to meet the needs of growing business centres both large and small. Its take-anywhere online portal enables centre operatives to manage their account with access to billing, reporting and services. It is also designed to streamline internal communications and, as such, allows operatives to control telephone handsets remotely and make calls through a virtual office-style system.
Commenting on their range of services, Kevin explained: “We have been providing all-important telecoms and internet services to business centres for several years now. Our new website and industry campaign re-enforces our commitment and focus towards this progressive sector, which continues to expand and grow with each passing year.”
He continued: “Both the Conference and Exhibition were extremely well organised by the BCA team, headed up by Executive Director Jennifer Brooke. We made a number of new contacts and enjoyed the opportunity to meet with many of our existing partners. It was also a prime opportunity to gain feedback. We were delighted to meet so many satisfied clients and to receive such a high level of feedback, on both our new and existing services.
“We look forward to continue working with our existing clients and to introduce MOJO to many more business centres over the coming months,” he added.
