LONDON, 18 December 2014 – essensys, a leading provider of fully managed, cloud-based ICT services to over 4,900 businesses in the UK, announces the release of the latest version of its ICT lifecycle automation software JEFF.
JEFF, now in version 3, comes with a completely redesigned interface that users can customise for branding purposes with their own logos, background images and preferred colour themes, and several new features further enhancing the orchestration and automation of business IT services for essensys customers and channel partners.
One of these features is Switch Manager; offering an innovative way of configuring the network switches that are installed on a site by featuring a live graphical representation of the switches to easily view and manage ports with just a few clicks.
Several enhancements were also made to the Client Manager area in JEFF, such as:
- Improved functionality to efficiently provision and manage services which are now grouped in categories and bundles;
- Advanced telephony services and hunt groups configuration;
- New residential/virtual user conversion wizard for flexible workspace operators;
- New MAC Address Finder to help determine where a device is plugged into a network.
