January 13th 2015, LONDON – essensys, a leading provider of fully managed, cloud-based ICT services to over 4,900 businesses in the UK, announces the appointment of Tim Theobalds as new Chief Financial Officer.
In addition to overseeing the financial operations at essensys, Tim will also focus on strategic planning and new growth opportunities, including M&A activity. He will report directly to the company’s Chief Executive Officer Mark Furness.
Tim brings with him over 15 years of experience in financial operations. He was most recently Finance Director at ControlCircle, a provider of managed IT services, where he was instrumental in driving significant revenue and EBITDA growth. Prior to this role, Tim held various senior management positions with Microsoft and O2 where he successfully led and implemented key business improvement projects.
