08 MAY 2015 – Due to launch this week, Ventia has acquired new office space at the much sought-after Old Town Hall in Wimbledon.
This impressive white-fronted Victorian building is located at the heart of Wimbledon’s busy town centre and combines beautiful external period architecture with stylish contemporary interiors. It offers some 7,156 square feet of self-contained office space across the first floor, and as with all Ventia’s offices it is unbranded and fully-furnished ensuring the space can be tailored to suit each client’s individual business need.
Flooded with natural light, this spacious office still retains many of its period features. Ventia continues to work closely with an interior designer to refurbish the space throughout and create the perfect boutique office environment – something Ventia is well-known for.
The Old Town Hall has a choice of boardrooms and meeting rooms with wifi as well as breakout areas. There are shower and bike storage facilities onsite with parking available at the nearby Centre Court complex.
The Old Town Hall forms part of the Centre Court shopping development and is joined to Wimbledon’s train and tube station allowing easy access to central London and the South East. It is also well-positioned for Heathrow, the M25 and A3.

Andrew Guntrip, associate director of Bond Woodhouse, acted on behalf of Ventia securing 10 year term with a rent of £30 per square foot, with six months rent free followed by a further 20 months at half rent.
