Landmark Plc Reveals Record Client Satisfaction Levels

Landmark Plc has published the results of its 2015 annual client survey. Over 85 per cent of its clients responded. Landmark Plc clients comprise over 160 companies occupying office space in its centres in The City and West End with approximately 3,000 workstations.

Banking and finance sectors make up 50 per cent of the client base, internet and technology companies 15 per cent, recruitment 15 per cent, legal services 10 per cent, with energy and healthcare firms totalling 7 per cent.

The results highlight record client satisfaction with:

  • 91 per cent of clients surveyed stating that they would highly recommend Landmark Plc services to others;
  • 96 per cent rating client liaison services as very good/excellent;
  • 95 per cent rating reception teams as very good/excellent and;
  • 90 per cent rating the cleanliness of Landmark Plc centres as very good/excellent.

Landmark Plc clients range from small businesses to large corporates. Licence agreement length can range from 12 months to three years. Landmark Plc offers some of its clients swing office space, typically for a few months if businesses are looking to occupy an office for a short period. The serviced office provider says that it is currently experiencing an increase in demand for overspill space, with larger corporates requesting additional space to accommodate growing numbers of employees.

Deloitte Real Estate’s service office report published on 13 May 2015 suggests that the serviced office market has grown by 67 per cent over last 10 years, equating to 4 million sq ft of office space across Central London. The City has the biggest share – 34 per cent (1.7m sq ft) of the market, up 21 per cent over the decade.

Landmark Plc operates at the high-end of the sector and has a reputation for its interior designed offices. Monthly workstation rates range from £600 to £1,500.

Landmark Plc is listed in the London Stock Exchange Group’s 1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2015 report. The 2014/2015 financial year was a year of continued growth for the serviced office provider with increased turnover, record occupancy and an outstanding client retention rate.

Landmark Plc is now operating in its 15th year of trading and has ambitious plans for growth.
