Once again, Kathlene Buchanan, founder and CEO of Metro Offices, has been acknowledged for her superior efforts and leadership in the serviced office industry.
This time the award comes from the Workspace Association of New York (WANY), which has awarded Kathlene with its Lifetime Achievement Award.
ABCN Chairman, Frank Cottle, extended his congratulations: “It is rare that the combination of ethics, intelligence and clever business growth are combined in a single individual. Kathlene is more than a perfect example of such a combination as she includes a caring and nurturing approach to everything she builds.
“Our congratulations to her from everyone here at Alliance.”
Buchanan accepted her award at last month’s WANY-10 Conference in New York City. Each year the organization presents its award to an individual in the Serviced Workspace industry in recognition of his/her achievements, excellence and dedication in continuing to innovate and improve the category for the millions of people and businesses who are now using shared spaces.
“Receiving this award from WANY was a tremendous honor and I would like to thank them for recognizing me this year. I am fortunate to be a participant in today’s workspace revolution and it is a privilege to be working with WANY and its members who are helping companies of all sizes work more efficiently and effectively,” said Buchanan.
“I can’t think of a more deserving and honorable ‘WANY’ 2015 recipient,” said Ray Lindenberg, President, Workspace Association of New York. “Kathlene is emblematic of all that’s great about our industry and associations.”
Who wouldn’t agree? Congratulations, Kathlene. Your efforts raise the bar for all serviced office space providers.
