“Ultimate Office Solutions (UOS) is on a journey to become the Business Centre of choice in the Sydney market and the finest independent, Australian owned serviced office operator in the industry.”
UOS has joined Alliance Business Centers Network (ABCN) as they begin executing their expansion plans, focusing on the major growth areas of Parramatta and South Sydney.
Steve Golding, Executive Director of ABCN for the ASEA region, commented, “UOS has just opened a new Business Centre on Hunter Street in Sydney, and we were so impressed with the quality of the fit-out and its prime location that we decided to base the Alliance APAC Headquarters there.”
Earlier this year, Sydney was dubbed “The Growing Startup Hub for Australians” leading to competitive workstation and workspace prices. According to Golding, “UOS leads the way in terms of flexibility with 24/7 meeting and conference rooms available for both internal and external clients. In a global economy, Sydney is one of the major commercial hubs into Asia and this unprecedented level of access will position Ultimate Office Solutions well to attract footfall from the region.”
UOS is currently operating in 3 Sydney CBD locations and in one location in the Eastern Suburbs, and their goal is to cater to the rising number of workers in the area, regardless of their workspace preferences.

Their listings include a 1927 heritage building as well as more contemporary buildings that offer the option of coworking spaces, business lounges, and meeting rooms.
In order to be a successful operator, one needs to be able to adapt and adopt the fast changing nature of workspaces and design. Brian Challen, CEO of Ultimate Office Solutions, commented that “by joining ABCN we wanted to ensure we were across the latest emerging trends in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific.”
Specifically, he referred to Alliance Business Centers Network’s annual conference, which Challen believes is the ideal opportunity for him and UOS to catch up on current trends, ensuring this way that their business centers and coworking spaces can properly support client communities.
ABCN offers over 650 locations worldwide and is a valuable network opportunity for operators seeking to attract a global clientele. Challen shared with OT the important role ABCN will have for UOS and its customers, particularly as a referral channel.
“We expect to benefit from the vast referral network offered by ABCN, as our clients are frequent travellers and need support away from their Sydney offices. We also expect to host ABCN members’ clients from across the globe in our workspaces.”
