Workbar’s 10th coworking space location will be the first one outside of the greater Boston area, in San Francisco

Techspace Raises €5.8 Million

London-based flexible workspace operator, Techspace, has raised €5.8 million to expand across Europe, EU Startups reported this Friday. The investment comes from the Noé Group and it is a follow-up round that seeked to raise funds specifically to power Techspace’s European footprint over the next year and a half. Techspace currently operates five locations, four in London and one in Berlin.

SquareFoot Raises $16 Million

SquareFoot, an office space search company, announced that it has raised $16 million in a Series B round led by DRW VC. According to reports, existing investors, including Triangle Peak Partners, RRE, Rosecliff, and some senior real estate executives participated in the financing. The $16 million bring SquareFoot’s total funding raised to more than $29 million.

Workbar Goes to the West Coast

Boston-based flexible workspace operator, Workbar, has announced that it will open its first location outside of the greater Boston area in San Francisco. The upcoming location will mark Workbar’s 10th coworking location in the US and it will be opened in partnership with fabbit, a Japanese coworking operator.
