Work-from-home became the norm for many and changed the way the workplace space is viewed\, whether at home\, an office or a retail location. \nNow as businesses begin to reopen\, new strategies are being put in place to woo workers back in person with safety and wellness\, location considerations\, and new perks and amenities; to accommodate personnel with hybrid models or co-working\, and allow certain positions to continue to work from home. Safety and wellness\, innovative designs\, governance\, human resources support and advanced technology are keys to making these new opportunities work.
