Digital experience analytics firm Contentsquare will take up four floors of WeWork’s location in Tribeca.

The 30,000 square foot lease will span three years, with WeWork customizing the space and design to help the company shift to a more hybrid work model. This deal marks the fifth lease the company has signed with WeWork around the world.

This is part of Contentsquare’s expansion plans, in which it plans to hire another 1,500 workers to its current staff of just 150.

“As Contentsquare moves toward a more flexible and hybrid approach to work, coming together in person to collaborate and build community will remain an important part of the company’s future,” said Celia Dorr, Chief People Officer at Contentsquare. “As the company continues to grow, it’s important to us to provide our team with a great, flexible place to work.”

WeWork has been making an effort to rebound following its tumultuous few years, including its failed 2019 IPO and the pandemic following soon after.

The company also recently performed its first acquisition after its cofounder Adam Neumann stepped down as CEO, purchasing Dallas-based coworking firm Common Desk.

After finally going public late last year, WeWork appears to be seeing an uptick in sales as demand for flexible workspaces continue to grow.
