Serendipity Labs is officially expanding into the UK with a new location in Manchester. 

The coworking operator, which currently has 28 locations across the US, will open a new space in Manchester’s Exchange Quay in partnership with flexible office management firm NewFlex.

Within Exchange Quay’s campus, Serendipity Labs members will have easy access to a children’s nursery, post office, cafe, convenience store, fitness facility and even electric vehicle charging stations. 

The new coworking space itself will feature five floors of private offices, on-demand coworking memberships, as well as meeting and event spaces for teams large and small.
