IWG-owned coworking brand Spaces will expand its presence in Tennessee with a new location in downtown Memphis.
The new Spaces location will open at 107 South Main Street, which sat vacant for nearly two decades before investment firm 18 Main began renovations on the building.
“We’ve been looking for a partner in the coworking space for quite some time, and Spaces’ model was a natural fit. We look forward to its presence supporting the growing residential footprint of the neighborhood while also serving the new wave of hybrid office workers,” said Tom Intrator, founder and managing partner of 18 Main.
Currently, Spaces has two Tennessee locations in Franklin and Nashville, with another opening in Nashville later this year.
The downtown Memphis location is slated to open this summer.
