MeetingRoomz, a new international challenger in workspace management, is pleased to name Natasha Asare as its vice president and co-founder.
Natasha brings an impressive track record in managing and optimising global workspaces, honed through leadership roles at both Regus and NewFlex.
Her experience and perspective will now help to shape an entirely new ecosystem of workspace solutions delivered by MeetingRoomz, which is racing ahead to develop better AI functionality to ensure it bridges the gap between technology and the needs of operators as well as becoming a leader in the way people do business in a location of their choice.

Natasha’s career journey is a testament to her expertise and determination, starting out in the hospitality sector and transitioning to Regus as a customer service representative, she rose through the ranks to centre manager and later became a training manager, where she played a pivotal role in integrating teams after a major acquisition. She then moved to Citibase (now NewFlex) as a centre manager and then progressing into senior roles, including commercial development manager, sales manager, and head of products and partnerships, where she communicated the benefits of flexible workspaces to industries ranging from rail to transport.
As co-founder and vice president, Natasha will draw on her wealth of experience to ensure MeetingRoomz delivers exceptional solutions for operators. Her focus will be on aligning the platform’s technological capabilities with practical, real-world requirements, offering businesses of all sizes the tools to manage and optimise their workspace booking and management seamlessly.
