London Executive Offices launches prime space in Nova South, very strong uptake, with lettings at almost 70%

23rd June, 2017 – London Executive Offices (LEO), a leading provider of luxury serviced office space, virtual offices and meeting rooms, announces that it has launched the ninth floor of Nova South, a prime building in Victoria, SW1. The property has attracted strong demand from LEO’s customers, with almost 70% of the Grade A office space already let.

LEO announced in February 2017 that it had boosted its portfolio of prime London assets by completing the lease of the ninth floor of Nova South. The space has been designed to a high specification and was acquired on a 17-year lease directly from Landsec.

Following the recent addition of three floors at 20 North Audley Street, a premium office space in Mayfair, LEO’s total portfolio currently stands at 820,000 sq ft, with 35 premium assets in London’s most sought-after locations.

Nova South is a distinguished building, in the heart of Victoria’s high profile mixed-used Nova scheme and its extensively developed public realm, strategically located within minutes of Victoria Station, which is undergoing a £700 million upgrade due for completion next year. The building also benefits from a multitude of nearby retail and leisure facilities, boasting 17 restaurants and three pop-up eateries on the ground floor.

The ninth floor of Nova South features newly created meeting rooms to meet customers’ requirements, event space and virtual office solutions, as well as a roof terrace which offers unrivalled views of central London.

As part of LEO’s ongoing growth strategy, the company identified SW1 as one of the key areas in which to expand its presence. The company’s best-in-class office accommodation features fully-inclusive flexible office solutions, market-leading technology and the highest quality of customer service.

Beth Hampson, Commercial Director at LEO, said:

“We are delighted with the strong demand and uptake at Nova South, leading to the prime space already being almost 70% occupied by a diverse range of businesses. Our customers are increasingly recognising Victoria as a key growth area and business hub, with the impressive Nova development proving to be a go-to destination, attractive to companies across a wide spectrum of sectors and sizes.

“We look forward to building on LEO’s track record as the provider of choice for luxury serviced office accommodation in London’s most prominent addresses, with further leases of this prime space, as well as continuing with our overall growth strategy for our rapidly expanding portfolio.”
