Spaces Signs Big Lease In The Big Apple
Regus’ coworking brand, Spaces, has signed a 103,000 square-foot lease at Brookfield Property Partners’ 424-434 West 33rd Street for 10 years, the Real deal reported. According to the article, Spaces will take up floors 7 to 13. Though there’s no set date for Space’s new opening, we can expect it to be sooner rather than later.
