New York, NY (October 17, 2018) – Bond Collective, the leader in luxury shared office space, announces two new locations in Soho and Greenpoint neighborhoods, expanding the brand’s presence in the New York Metro Area. Each diverse location will be designed with limited corporate branding and created to stay authentic to the surrounding neighborhood and industries with a focus on hospitality through full-service community management. The spaces will include plush lounge seating in common areas, state of the art kitchens, full amenity conference rooms and private offices for teams 1-100+ people.
“New York is our corporate headquarters and we are so excited to bring two more locations to a city that is so special to us.” said Shlomo Silber, CEO & Co-Founder of Bond Collective. “Soho and Greenpoint are such unique neighborhoods and we think our spaces will enhance the community feel and productivity for businesses of all industries.”
Located at 158 Lafayette Street (on the corner of Lafayette and Grand Street), Bond Lafayette will spread over six floors with 25,000 square feet of workspace. Each floor will feature lounge areas, designer kitchens, and fully equipped conference rooms. Designed with the enterprise client in mind, each floor of Bond Lafayette will be dedicated to a single company, with the option for companies to lease multiple floors. A private roof terrace overlooking Soho puts the final touch on Bond Lafayette, a new corporate haven with privacy and security.
Bond Greenpoint is located at 276 Greenpoint Avenue on the corner of Greenpoint Avenue and Jewel Street. Known for its art and production community, the once Levitown Lightbulb Factory has parking plus a shared interior courtyard and is blocks away from the Greenpoint Avenue G subway station. Bond Greenpoint will be 23,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated workspaces, featuring mid-century eclecticism and industrial influenced design combined with the coziness of your favorite coffee shop.
“We are very excited about our expansion and the opportunity to bring our brand across the country.” said Elide Rathborne, Director of Design at Bond Collective. “We will continue to focus on creating unique and diverse boutique environments within their respective neighborhoods as the inspiration for each new location.”
