“This acquisition enhances our total offering and provides a wonderful opportunity to share skills and expertise,” Steve Hardie, Crown Worldwide’s Managing Director UKI & Northern Europe said. “We will provide a business-as-usual service for our customers, who we believe will benefit from the many synergies and shared values, such as Premier’s ‘business class’ service and commitment to sustainability.

Premier Workplaces has been an established workspace provider for the past two decades, with over 200 employees, a £20 turnover, and over 600 clients including Tesco and other well-known companies.

David Russinger, Director of Premier Workplace Services, said that Crown was the best fit for the company. The acquisition will maintain Premiers brand, as well as share their values.

Crown Workspace recently surveyed 500 UK SMEs and found that  productivity is being halted for three-quarters of UK SMEs due to lack of technology adoption.
