Spaces has leased two more Houston properties that are expected to open in late 2019. The new locations will double the coworking company’s Houston footprint.
Spaces will take over 63,000 square feet in GreenStreet, a downtown district that is owned and operated by Lionstone Investments. It will feature collaborative areas, coworking spaces, phone booths, private offices and a 3,000 square foot rooftop patio.
MassChallenge, a Boston-based nonprofit, also just announced its plans to open a startup accelerator in GreenStreet allowing it to become an integral part in Houston’s “Innovation Corner.”
The other location is a 60,789 square foot space in CityCentre, a mixed-use district. Spaces plans on partnering with the local community to host networking events and educational workshops.
