When Denver-based architecture firm Radian found themselves priced out of the coworking space it used, the company sought out to create an alternative for other nonprofits to work out of.
The firm opened Build last month in a 3,800 square foot space on Larimer Street in the Five Points neighborhood. Its coworking memberships are geared to nonprofits and organizations.
“We found a landlord that was really eager to work with us on this type of project,” said Camryn Walton, a Radian spokeswoman. “There’s great food and restaurants and breweries, and it’s just a fun place to work.”
Build includes six private offices, eight dedicated workstations, and 20 hot desks. So far, Radian has rented out all of the private offices and half of its dedicated desks.
