3den is tucked within New York’s newest $25 billion, 720,000 square foot development, Hudson Yards. Ben Silver, CEO and founder of 3den, aimed to create a space that provides a middle ground between work and home.
The space doesn’t quite fit into the description of traditional coworking space: it works on a walk-in basis where clients can book space for however long they like through the 3den app. Using a QR code to gain entry into the space, users can then enjoy free coffee, soundproof booths, and nap pods.
Silver said that aside from walk-ins, he is also offering corporate memberships to businesses within Hudson Yards.
Along with the coworking-esque environment of 3den, the space has products for sale that can come in handy when on the go (toothbrushes, chargers, journals, etc.)
“The most important pillar was to say, could we build a physical retail space that brought people in every single day, but not just to shop,” Silver said.
