Chicago’s tallest office building, the Bank of America Tower, has announced it will have coworking on two of its highest floors. Howard Hughes, the development team behind the tower, said that high-end office firm No18 will take up a 58,000 square foot lease in the 55-story building.
No18 is a “cosmopolitan members club for professionals” and sister company to Regus and coworking company Spaces.
“No18 workspaces are held to the highest standards by each and every guest who walks through our doors,” said Michael Berretta, IWG Vice President of Network Development. “Undoubtedly, our lease with 110 North Wacker Drive is going to raise that bar even higher.”
Paul Layne, president of Howard Hughes’ central region, said that No18 differentiates itself by offering a solution to tenants’ flexible needs, while offering an elevated design and numerous amenities.
