UK flexible workspace brand Citibase has opened a new work hub in Uxbridge, West London, with potential to provide over 28,000 sq ft of flexible and affordable serviced office space.
Housed inside The Atrium building across two floors, the centre provides the perfect space for SMEs, start-ups, entrepreneurs and larger corporates looking to join the flexible working revolution.
The Atrium is a striking building in the heart of Uxbridge which has been comprehensively refurbished, boasting an expansive light-filled reception and communal area with break out spaces and on-site café. There are a range of amenities on the doorstep including The Pavilions and Intu shopping centres, as well as Uxbridge underground station a five minute walk away, which is served by both the Metropolitan line and the Piccadilly lines.
Situated in the London Borough of Hillingdon, Uxbridge has a burgeoning local economy. This is in part driven by its proximity to the M25 and M40 motorways and Heathrow Airport just a 15-minute drive away, making it an ideal business destination. Blue chip companies in the area include Xerox UK, Canon and Coca Cola, in addition to a wealth of fast-growing start-ups also emerging.
