Industrious has announced plans to open two more locations to the Washington D.C. area by the end of the year.
The company has already made plans to expand rapidly into the Northern Virginia area, and now the company has opened two coworking spaces in Alexandria, Virginia and Tysons in McLean, Virginia.
The Alexandria location is situated on the second floor of the Carlyle Tower on Eisenhower Avenue and takes up 23,000 square feet of space that includes wellness and conference rooms, as well as a service team.
The Tysons space is nearly 26,000 square feet and features coworking and private offices that shares similar amenities to the Carlyle Tower location.
“Our increasing NoVa presence well-positions Industrious to accommodate business growth and development across the region as we begin to see the Amazon effect take place,” said Joyce Oh, Industrious’ Mid Atlantic area manager. “Each location is thoughtfully-selected to be in a desirable workplace destination that is easily accessible and highly-amenitized.”
