Knotel has once again expanded its New York City Financial District footprint by tripling its 110 William Street location from 36,000 square feet to 117,000 square feet in the 32-story building.
The 928,000 square-foot building was acquired by KBS Capital Partners and Savanna back in 2014 and soon underwent a big upgrade.
The New York-based coworking operator has been coined WeWork’s biggest competitor in the area as both race to cover their bases all over New York City, particularly in the Financial District.
