Indonesia’s largest coworking company has officially launched its new brand CoHive that incorporates coworking, coliving, coretail, and an event space.
This announcement also follows the launch of the company’s new headquarters, the 18-story CoHive 101 building in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta that has led the company to secure $13.5 million in a Series B round of funding led by Stonebridge Ventures.
CoHive will partner with Keppel Land Indonesia for its first coliving branch that will provide 64 rooms and offers full amenities at a more affordable price.
CoRetail will offer flexible retail solutions and allow businesses to showcase new products aimed towards startup communities on the ground floor of CoHive 101.
“CoHive is the leading Coworking space provider in Indonesia,” said Fortune Sohn, director of Stonebridge Ventures. “The founders have done a great job delivering significant value to both the tenants and the building landlords by enabling quality, flexible workspaces at reasonable prices and doubling the occupancy rates for buildings.”
