The spaces will include food and beverage services, meeting and event spaces, collaborative areas, and will be operated by coworking firm Industrious and event space company Convene.
The new coworking spaces will be within the firm’s 33-story downtown Houston and 10-story Salt Lake City buildings.
“The Square is a direct response to the changing needs of our current and future building tenants, our core customers,” said Charlie Kuntz, Hines Chief Innovation Officer. “Flexible workspace and office hospitality are a logical progression for us.”
Hines² will expand into other Hines buildings across Atlanta, Boston, Denver, New York, Washington D.C., and more.
