Knotel, the fast-growing provider of flexible workspace for large teams and corporates, has agreed a 23,424 sq ft deal in The World Diamond Tower, 580 Fifth Avenue, NYC.
Its new space will be located on the tenth floor, which has been occupied by the Diamond Dealers Club for the past 75+ years.
The new space marks Knotel’s 100th location in Manhattan, bringing its total footprint in the city to nearly 2.5 million sq ft.
Other upcoming locations include the Tribeca building, and 12 East 33rd Street in Midtown.
