A new flexible workspace in Dallas has reached 90% occupancy within days of opening, prompting expansion.
WorkSuites, formerly Meridian Business Centers, has seen strong demand for its new Dallas location, launched on June 1st. So much so, that it is now planning to open another floor this fall.
Within days of opening its new space on the third floor, occupancy reached a massive 90%. This prompted the company to take an extra floor at the same building on 2626 Cole Avenue in Dallas, which is set to open in September.
WorkSuites CEO Flip Howard referred to the shared workspace market as “really hot,” with many spaces filling much faster than they used to. “But there are certain markets like Legacy and Uptown where it’s even faster than that because everybody wants to be there,” he added.
The new location on Cole Avenue is WorkSuites’ 15th location in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The company plans to open another four or five spaces in the coming year.
