Global workspace brand WeWork has inked its largest lease to date in Australia.
The new space covers 11,000 sq metres (118,403 sq ft) across 10 floors at 320 Pitt Street in Sydney, based in the city’s midtown business corridor.
It brings WeWork’s Australian portfolio to 15 locations, spanning Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth (set to open in September).
The deal comes as Sydney and Melbourne office vacancy rates are reportedly at near record lows, which has consequently pushed rents to near highs.
