CommonGrounds Workplace has opened a new location in Burbank following its expansion into other cities such as Salt Lake City and Portland.
The 24,475 square foot, two-story coworking space is the company’s second location in the Los Angeles area.

CommonGrounds’ in-house creative team and Rapt Studios performed renovations on the building, which can now serve 318 members. The location features private offices, an outdoor patio, conference rooms, collaborative areas, a 49-person event space, and more.
