New York-based flexible office provider Knotel has expanded its Manhattan footprint by signing a lease in the Garment District with ATCO Properties & Management.
The firm will take up 27,186 square feet on 240 West 35th Street that will span across the entire seventh, eighth and 18th floors.

The space will undergo build-outs by the landlord’s in-house contractor, Essential Design + Build and feature collaborative areas, open offices and meeting rooms.
This marks Knotel’s second deal with an ATCO-owned property.
