Business Insider has announced it will produce a documentary focused on The We Company’s dramatic past year.
The publication will team up with Campfire, the production studio behind Netflix true crime docuseries The Innocent Man.
Former WeWork CEO Adam Neumann will reportedly be the focus in the documentary, which will be based on its own reporting led by editor-in-chief Alyson Shontell.
While no distribution deal has been announced, several failed business ventures have become the focus of several recent documentaries, such as HBO’s ‘The Inventor: Out For Blood In Silicon Valley’, a story focused on Elizabeth Holmes and her company Theranos.
