Singapore-based company Smarten Spaces announced it has received $12 million in a Series A investment round led by Symphony International Holdings Limited.
Smarten Spaces offers a one-stop solution for space owners to digitize and manage their space through smart building technology. The firm claims to eliminate inefficient experiences within buildings that can help boost productivity, while cutting operational costs.
Since 2017, the company has developed one of the first end-to-end artificial intelligence platform that focuses on enterprise offices, real estate developers, coworking and others.
“Our platform today provides the capability to provide intuitive user experience and optimize spaces, said Dinesh Malkani, founder and CEO. “This lets us build the improved value of built spaces and long-term business relationships.”
