Press Release

Premier Workspaces’ newest location is within the newly built Wildomar Square shopping center

  • Premier Workspaces has opened its second location in Wildomar.
  • The new flexible workspace location is within a newly constructed shopping center.
  • Premier Workspaces partnered with the Wildomar Square landlord to open the new space.

Wildomar, CA – Premier Workspaces® (Premier), the national operator of coworking spaces headquartered in Irvine, opened its second location in the Temecula Valley in Wildomar. The center located at 36330 Hidden Springs Road, Suite E, Wildomar, CA 9259, is within a newly constructed shopping center and is walking distance to many other businesses and restaurants.

Located in southern Riverside County, the newly built Wildomar Square shopping center, owned by David Horenstein, sits at the southwest corner of Interstate 15 and Clinton Keith Road. Nestled between the cities of Murrieta and Lake Elsinore, this newly built workspace is in a prime location for an office. While on Interstate 15, the site also offers easy access to the 215 Escondido Freeway and 74 Ortega Highway.

“We are excited to open in The Wildomar Square Shopping Center, which includes a lot of great restaurants, shops and other onsite amenities. The Wildomar shared workspace consists of the 2nd floors of two buildings”, says Jeff Reinstein, CEO of Premier Workspaces. “The location is a joint venture between Premier and the Wildomar Square landlord, which seems to be a very popular model with many landlords looking to incorporate a shared workspace component in their property or project. This is consistent with our overall expansion plan by partnering with owners who are looking to differentiate their assets.”

Premier’s Wildomar office space offers 39 private offices and coworking spaces, 2 appointed conference rooms, and a day office to accommodate local entrepreneurs, startup companies and a virtual address for the hundreds of businesses from around the world.
