CBRE’s coworking branch, Hana, has signed a deal to take up 39,000 square feet at a JBG SMITH building in Arlington, Virginia.
The location is expected to open this year and will mark Hana’s first address on the East Coast. The 11-story, 398,329 square foot building in National Landing is located near Reagan National Airport and surrounded by numerous amenities such as a childcare facility, bike storage, a fitness center, restaurants and more.
Hana will offer private office suites on flexible arrangements for large and medium-sized companies, as well as startups. Each unit will feature Hana Meet, a conference room and event space that can be reserved on an hourly, daily and weekly basis, and Hana Share, a coworking space where users can share amenities in a collaborative setting.
