Chicago-based Novel Coworking has opened a new location in Cathedral Square, a 69,000 square foot building in Milwaukee. This will be its second location in Wisconsin, with its first being in Madison.
The company acquired the asset in May 2019 and spent nearly $3 million renovating it to suit 500 people.
The six-story building is located near Milwaukee’s Central Business District and will offer private offices, collaborative open spaces, SmartSuites, a shared kitchen, conference rooms, an espresso bar, local beer on tap, tech products and a bio-metric keypad entry. It also hosts networking events.
