  • Spain-based First Workplaces will open a 1,300 m² flexible workspace location in Malaga.
  • The new Malaga location is slated to open in June, 2020.
  • The new addition brings First Workplaces’ footprint to 30,000 m².

First Workplaces, leading company in flexible workspaces in Spain, continues its growth nationwide, being Málaga the next city where one of its centers open, with 1,300 m² of offices.

The company will open this space on June 2020, in one of the best buildings of the city, at the popular Marques de Larios street, in the heart of commercial and business activity, where large companies such as Garrigues, Booking, Neinor Homes, Kronos or Arriaga Associates, among others are located.

According to the CEO of First Workplaces, Óscar García: “Malaga is a great bet in business growth in Andalusia. Its unemployment rate has fallen by 8.2% and its economic activity has registered an interannual growth of 2.8% until the second quarter of 2019. Therefore, we are arriving at the perfect time to open a new coworking space and flex office, in which companies will have a place to develop their activity with flexibility and comfort”.

The property is owned by Salsa Patrimonio (Grupo Sociedad Azucarera Larios) and disposes of more than 8,900 m² of Gross Leasable Area (GLA) in modern offices, premises and renting homes. In addition, the asset is sold exclusively by Savills Aguirre Newman since 2017.

Deel - Upgrade your global team management

Through this opening, First Workplaces wants to give its best service to companies through flex offices, efficient spaces and without the requirement of an initial investment or long-term commitments, that condition the development of business. Customers will have at their disposal executive offices, custom offices for large teams, different types of meeting rooms, phone booths, plug & work areas, dining room, tea-points, etc. All this complying with the highest standards of design, comfort and technology.

In addition, First Workplaces are committed to the environment. The building has obtained the BREEAM®ES Sustainable En-Use certification, the first and until today the only BREEAM® office building in Andalusia.

On the other hand, in the first quarter of 2020, the flexible spaces of O’Donnell First, Méndez Álvaro First, Torre Europa (29th floor) and La Finca First, will be renewed to adapt the corporate image already present on the new openings in Madrid and Barcelona. The company implements the First concept, where the image of the customers prevails over any other element or decorative style.

First Workplaces, a leading company in flexible coworking offices in Spain, continues its growth nationwide and, in 2020, will have a presence in four Spanish cities already reaching 30,000 m².
