Coworking firm Industrious has teamed up with Thor Equities Group to operate three floors at an office space in Midtown Manhattan.
The provider will operate Thor’s platform, Congregate, and manage over 36,000 square feet of office space in the historic building.
The 15-story property features a 1,000-seat auditorium and one of the largest engineering libraries in the world. The building was converted into an office space in 2961 and its tenant roster features female-focused flexible office firm The Wing, coworking firm Spark Labs, marketing agency Converge Direct and several others.
