According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, talent shortages left 11 million positions open over the past year as the Great Reshuffle continues to take hold of the workforce.

According to a study from The Sabbatical Project, 75% of workers who were offered a sabbatical returned to the company afterwards.

Around 44% of LGBTQ+ respondents stated feeling “extremely” or “very satisfied” with their job compared to 61% of workers outside of the community.
