Press Release:

Premier Business Centers Signs 10 Year Lease to Open its 1st Chicago location at 200 West Madison

Chicago, IL – Irvine, California based Premier Business Centers, the largest privately owned executive suite operator in the US, announced today that they will be opening their first Illinois executive office suite location in Downtown Chicago this coming Fall.

Located in the prestigious West Loop at the class “A” address of 200 West Madison, Premier will build-out 15,204 square feet of serviced office space on the 21st floor to offer clients 62 private executive office spaces, 2 appointed conference rooms, a day office, a kitchen, and a reception area to conduct their business in.

Premier Business Centers will provide full service flexible term office space, starting at 86 square feet, for businesses of Chicagoland and a downtown Chicago virtual address for businesses around the world. Premier will also offer offices that can be rented by the hour for mobile business professionals. Appointed meeting rooms will be available for booking by the hour, day, or week.

Premier Business Centers, Chicago“We are thrilled with the opportunity to open a new executive office suite in downtown Chicago and add another prestigious metropolitan area to our national footprint,” stated Jeff Reinstein, CEO for Premier Business Centers.

“The 200 West Madison location is an award winning building in the heart of the West Loop in downtown and offers dramatic views showcasing the Chicago skyline.”

The architectural firm who designed 200 West Madison was Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the same firm who designed Chicago’s Willis Tower and John Hancock Center and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The building was designed with a floor-to-ceiling glass “sawtooth edge” that incorporates six corners on the southeast face of the building allowing for more corner offices and conference rooms with magnificent views.

At street level, a soaring 3-story glass-encased, atrium lobby streams sunlight into the building and showcases the magnificent Louise Nevelson sculpture, “Dawn Shadows.”

The 45-story 200 W Madison building has a central location offering convenient access to many amenities for city dwellers and suburban commuters.

Chicago area businesses can utilize Premier’s wide range of services in lieu of long-term traditional office leases. This fully equipped business center will provide a flexible, professional work environment designed to accommodate any business’ needs. The 200 W Madison center will be staffed with a dedicated support team and flexible terms are available on all business services and workspaces.
