27 January 2016: London Executive Offices, a collection of luxury serviced and virtual offices in central London, today announced that it has boosted its sizeable West End portfolio by completing the lease of 21 Gloucester Place, W1U 8HR.
21 Gloucester Place has been acquired on a 15 year lease from the Portland Estate and adds (circa) 7,500 sq. ft. of five star serviced office space to LEO’s established portfolio, spanning; Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, Kensington and Chelsea, Midtown and the City.
The building is a Grade II Listed, Georgian property situated in the heart of Marylebone. Part of one of the most extensive and intact sequences of Georgian terraced houses in London, the building is prominently situated at the north-west corner of the junction with George Street, moments from the bustle of Portman Square, Baker Street and Chiltern Street, with its eclectic mix of high end boutiques and the internationally-renowned Chiltern Firehouse.
The latest addition fits in with LEO’s overall growth strategy to expand its 32 building, prime central London portfolio. Over the last 18 months, circa 200,000 sq. ft. of space was added to the portfolio via the lease of several high profile assets including; Michelin House, Fulham Road; 32 Curzon Street, Mayfair; and Octagon Point, adjoining St Paul’s Cathedral.
Conal O’Hara, Commercial Director, commented: “The acquisition of 21 Gloucester Place is an exciting addition to our portfolio, we are delighted to have the opportunity to increase our presence in this desirable location.
Like each of our prestigious properties, 21 Gloucester Place occupies an impressive location, boasts stunning architectural features and will be complemented by peerless five star customer service and market leading technology throughout.”
