Washington DC – Irvine, California based Premier Business Centers, the largest privately owned executive suite operator in the US, announced today they will be opening their first executive office suite location in our Nation’s Capital, Washington, D.C. in the Summer of 2016.The new office suite will be located in the Homer Building which is a trophy class A property at 601 13th Street NW, Suite 900 South, Washington, D.C. 20005. Premier will build-out 12,687 square feet of fully serviced office space on the 9th floor to offer clients 54 private turnkey executive office spaces, 2 appointed conference rooms, a day office, a kitchen, a copy room, and a reception area to conduct their business in.

Located atop Metro Center station, its premier amenities, including a roof top terrace with rare views of the DC skyline, and a full-service fitness facility, make The Homer Building the destination for business in downtown Washington, D.C. The 12 story building has received numerous accolades, including the BOMA International’s Office Building of the Year Award. A Neo-Classical concrete structure with a glazed terra cotta facade, it was designed in 1913 by Washington, D.C., architect Appleton Prentiss Clark as an expression of the Beaux Arts aesthetic in the nation’s capital. Internal window offices offer impressive views of the property’s full height grand atrium, which features a two-story marble staircase, internal terrace, and the “The Spirit of American Youth Rising from the Waves” sculpture by Donald Harcourt De Lue.
