Orega, a provider of flexible workspaces in prime city centre locations, are very happy to announce that they will be launching their first centre in Scotland this Summer. The Silver Fin building in Aberdeen also known as ‘The Granite City’, is incredibly modern and is set to become Aberdeen’s most prestigious business centre.
Founded by Zach Douglas and Paul Finch, Orega currently operate their style of serviced offices in 14 locations in the UK and Brussels. Launching in Aberdeen this Summer is Orega’s first step in Scotland and the start of the intensive growth plan to expand their portfolio further in the UK in 2017.
Aberdeen follows the very successful launch of Orega Canary Wharf in London which launched in October 2016, fully occupied. They’ll be hoping to repeat this success in the North of Scotland.
Orega will be transforming 26,000sqft. into contemporary flexible office solutions, generous business lounges/break out spaces, showers, bike storage and well-equipped meeting rooms. The contemporary building features a dramatic 4-storey atrium and is set to become the most prestigious business centre in Aberdeen.
