The independent, flexible workspace provider, Orega are delighted to announce they will be opening a new business centre in the North of England this summer. The centre will be Orega’s first to launch in Liverpool, situated at 20 Chapel Street, one of the city’s most impressive buildings.
Founded in 2001 by Zach Douglas and Paul Finch, Orega provide flexible working solutions in 14 prime city centre locations throughout the UK and Brussels. Orega Liverpool is the third centre to be opened in conjunction with the Landlord, British Airways Pension Trustees Limited (BAPTL). After the successful launch of the fully occupied Orega Canary Wharf in October 2016 and Orega Aberdeen opening in the prestigious Silver Fin Building in June 2017, they are excited about the flourishing partnership with Landlord BAPTL.
Orega will be transforming 18,000sqft into modern serviced offices, well-designed meeting rooms and a professional business lounge. The flexible workspace provider will occupy part of the first floor and the entire second floor on a 10-year lease at the striking building in the commercial hub of Liverpool city centre.
