Kate Green MP will officially launch Old Trafford’s newest business incubator, Citibase Manchester Old Trafford, at an open day for small businesses looking to grow.
Entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs from across the UK’s North West are being invited to an open day on Friday 19th May at Citibase Manchester Old Trafford to unveil its brand new fully serviced office space.
Situated in the landmark Oakland House, mid-way between Old Trafford’s famous football and cricket grounds, Citibase Manchester Old Trafford will throw open its doors between 9am – 5pm with an official ribbon cutting ceremony at noon with special guest Kate Green, MP for Stretford and Urmston. Attendees will enjoy teas, coffees and cakes whilst taking a tour to explore the selection of fully serviced offices. All visitors on the day will also have the chance to win an iPad in a free prize draw.
Joining Citibase’s existing centre in the heart of the city on Princess Street, Citibase Manchester Old Trafford’s arrival is set to offer a huge boost to the local economy by providing up to 360 entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs with flexible and affordable serviced offices.
Fully refurbished space is available to move in straight away on flexible contract terms in a range of sizes, all fully furnished, from as little as one person upwards. Services include Citibase’s unique Concierge reception and administrative services, superfast internet and telecoms packages, meeting rooms, personalised call answering, 24/7 access, parking for cars and bike and even an on-site café.
Centre Manager Neil Hunter said: “The positive reaction we’ve had from the local business community has been amazing. Businesses including healthcare training, financial services and a payroll company are just a few that are already experiencing the no-hassle service on offer from Citibase. They’re letting us take care of all their office needs, allowing them to focus on what’s really important – running and growing their business.
“We look forward to showing many more new start-ups, entrepreneurs and small businesses at our open day how they can avoid being tied down to long leases by opting for Citibase’s affordable, flexible contracts.”
Handy for Salford Quays and MediaCityUK, with fantastic transport links and the city centre just five minutes away, it offers customers an incredibly convenient location to operate their businesses from.
