“We always knew that our first location in Manhattan had to deliver a special experience to companies looking to make it their home. We waited until this space became available because we knew it was perfect for our members, and we’re excited to offer them our trademark hospitality at the best location in the city.” said Jamie Hodari, Industrious CEO and cofounder.
The new 17,500 sq. foot space, located on the 12th floor of 215 Park Avenue South, with views of Union Square, contains sixteen new private offices and enterprise suites. Private offices start at $1,630/month, and a coworking seat is $550/month.
“The Manhattan expansion is a big milestone for us in New York, and we’re looking forward to welcoming more members and growing our community in our home city,” said Krissy Sheehan, Community Manager at Industrious Manhattan. “This expansion has been in the works for over a year now, and we’re excited to finally give Manhattan a taste of Industrious.”
The Industrious Manhattan coworking space offers its members breakfast every day from Irving Farm and Breads Bakery. Additionally, members have access to a mother’s room, conference rooms, phone rooms, unlimited printing, mail center, fully stocked cafe, and a beautiful, sunny lounge area.
