October, 2017. Chicago, IL — Coworking provider Level Office is debuting its fourth Chicago location with a Grand Opening Party at Level Office River North on November 9 from 4pm to 7pm. The Chicago-based company acquired the building in May 2016 and has renovated it into state-of-the-art workspace for one to 100-person companies.

“We are excited to support River North’s business community with beautiful, affordable space to grow,” said Bill Bennett, Founder of Level Office. “In Chicago, we have seen huge demand for flexible, customizable workspace from small to mid-sized businesses, as well as enterprise companies.”

The 34,350-square-foot building features five floors of private offices and communal lounge areas with amenities such as an espresso bar, 200 MBPS fiber internet, local beer on tap, and on-site administrative support. With pricing starting at $99 a month for coworking memberships and $399 a month for private offices, Level Office provides small businesses and entrepreneurs with high-caliber amenities that are typically only available to large companies.

Built in 1918, the red-brick-and-concrete building features 11.5-foot exposed ceilings and large windows that bring abundant natural light to each floor. By offering state-of-the-art amenities and technology in historic structures, Level Office honors the historic elements of buildings while outfitting them with cutting-edge technology and offering inspiring workspace for its members.

“We’ve loved creating a supportive environment for small business in The Loop and West Loop and are excited to expand that community to River North, one of Chicago’s fastest-developing neighborhoods in both the residential and office sectors,” Bennett said. Level Office owns more than one million square feet of coworking space nationwide, and in August was named the 94th fastest-growing company in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine.
