Premier Business Centers has signed an eight and a half year master lease with John Hancock Life Insurance Company to create a new flexible shared office space center on the 5th floor at 9171 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. The lease is for 14,950 rentable square feet in the 7-story building. With this addition, Premier will have nearly 500,000 square feet shared office space in Los Angeles County.
Located between South Palm Drive and North Oakhurst Drive, 9171 Wilshire Boulevard provides a prestigious and professional environment centrally located in the heart of Beverly Hills. Just ½ a mile from Rodeo Drive, 1.5 miles from Century City and 2 miles from Mid-Wilshire’s Miracle Mile.
Formerly, the Rothstein Kass and Company accounting firm occupied Suite 500. Now Premier Business Centers has reimagined the space and plans to reconfigure the suite to have 66 private offices, 2 conference rooms, and a lounge/event space area. The new shared services workspace environment will provide communal collaborative spaces as well as turn-key private offices ranging from 101 to 323 sq. ft. The private offices will provide comfortable work spaces for 1 to 4 people.
