Brookfield And Onex Drop IWG Offer
International Workplace Group (Regus) rejected Brookfield’s initial £2.5bn offer last week, although at the time both firms remained in discussions. This week, however, the discussions are over, and the Canadian consortium has announced that it has no intention of making IWG a new offer.

First Co-Living Opportunity In Kansas City
Bizjournals reported this week that Two Light Tower, a high-end apartment building under construction in Kansas City, will include a two-level coworking space that will take up 15,000 square feet. The developer of the apartment building did a similar project in Baltimore back in 2016.
