New York, NY (June 20, 2018) Bond Collective, the leader in luxury shared office space, announces a new location in Washington DC, establishing the luxury brand’s presence outside of the northeast region. Located at 609 H Street (between 6th & 7th Street NE), the space will cover two entire floors of the building with floor-to-ceiling windows and an interior stairway creating an unmatched flow. The design of the common spaces and kitchens will align with Bond Collective’s most notable locations such as Bond 60 Broad, with plush lounge seating and detailed finishings making the space feel bespoke yet professional.

The new 30,000 square foot location, Bond H Street, is conveniently based next to the light rail H/Benning stop and just blocks from the iconic Union Station for easily accessible commutes. Each floor of the space will have a large bistro kitchen that opens up to the coworking area, coffee bar, upholstered nooks and meeting booths, fully equipped conference rooms and modern lounge seating.
Between the two floors, there will be traditional offices ranging for 1-10 people, in addition to scalable setups for teams of 10-50+ with custom floor plates, growth schedules, swing spaces and advanced IT and security services. All 550 members will also gain access to the building’s amenities including: a private rooftop with views of the Capitol, a fully equipped gym and locker room, and bike storage.
